PRIMEBLUE: MADE WITH PARLEY OCEAN PLASTIC

Saturday marked the third annual adidas PRIMEBLUE match. The boys in Claret & Cobalt traded in their regular threads for these beauties made with Parley Ocean Plastic. These kits are available at the Team Store at Rio Tinto Stadium.

A SPECIAL VISIT FROM IDAHO

This Idaho family had their annual trip to the RioT interrupted by 2020. So, to make their first trip back to Sandy, Utah special the team surprised them with a few welcome back gifts. We were glad to have you back at the RioT!

The boys rolled up in style before taking on the foes to the east. MLS you can award them best dressed anytime now.

BACK IN OUR HOUSE

Almost showtime. We returned to the RioT after a quick day trip to the Lone Star state. The boys came out hungry to earn those three points.

OUR XI.

We saw Head Coach Freddy Juarez keep the core of the starters in tact. Zac MacMath earned his first start of 2021 while David Ochoa is away on international duty with the USMNT. Game faces on. It's time for kickoff.

ALL HAIL KING KREILACH.

Well that didn't take long. Our guys came out hot and hungry for a win at home. Homegrown defender Aaron Herrera placed a beauty on a dime giving MLS veteran Damir Kreilach the perfect opportunity to open the scoring account in the 13' minute. It turned into a RioT at the RioT.

THE BEST OF THE BEST.

We couldn't do it without you RSL Nation. If you haven't been to a match out at the RioT you're missing out. This experience is one for the record books. When the boys take the pitch, the chants begin and the whistle blows expect goosebumps because this place turns into a RioT.

IT WASN'T OUR NIGHT

The boys held the lead up until the 75' minute when Niko Hansen entered the match and managed to slide one past Zac MacMath.

The boys enter into the international window and will return to the pitch on June 18 to take on the Vancouver Whitecaps at home. Kickoff is set for 8:00PM MT. This will also mark the teams first Juneteenth match. Follow along on our social channels to see what we will be doing to honor the Juneteenth holiday.
